Fixtra runs darts leagues: schedules, live scoring, tables and player stats. This page says what we keep about you, who can see it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, email address and a password, which we store only in scrambled form so nobody, including us, can read it.
- Your player record: if a league organiser adds you to a league, your name and your matches there: fixtures, scores, every visit and the results and stats worked out from them.
- Free matches: a match you play without a league is saved only if you were signed in, and only you can see it.
- Payments: if you or your league subscribe, Stripe takes the payment. We keep the plan and its dates, not your card number.
- Records of changes: when a league admin corrects a result or changes a schedule, we log who did it and when.
What is public
League pages, live matches and scoresheets can be seen by anyone without signing in. They show a player's name with their league data: results, tables, averages and the visits in a match. Your email address is never shown. A league can limit who watches its live matches to its own members.
Who else sees it
- The organisers and admins of a league you play in can see and correct that league's records.
- Our providers handle data for us only to run the service: hosting, email delivery and payments (Stripe).
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The app also keeps some data on your device so scoring and free play still work with no connection.
Emails we send
Account emails (confirming your address, resetting a password, invitations), match reports and "you are playing tonight" messages for leagues you are in, and payment notices. We do not send marketing.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
- You can delete your account yourself from your account page. Your login, email address and free matches are removed, and your name in league history is replaced with "Former player" so the league's results and tables stay correct.
- You can ask a league admin to correct your player record, or to unlink it from your account.
To ask, contact the organiser of your league, who can reach us.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so here and, where we can, by email.
