Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Fixtra. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to the privacy policy .
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A tablet login is shared by a venue's staff and players at that venue; the organiser who created it decides who has it.
Running a league
- An organiser is responsible for the records they enter, including the names and results of the people in their league, and for having their players' agreement to be listed.
- Results, tables and scoresheets are public by design. A league may limit live viewing to its members.
- Organisers and admins can correct results; corrections are logged.
Plans and payment
- A new league has a free trial of 30 days with everything switched on.
- After that the league needs a paid plan, paid through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- If a plan lapses the league becomes read-only: tables and results stay visible, but new schedules and scoring stop until it is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
- Player features (free-match history, career stats, exports) have their own plan; saving a match never needs it.
Using it fairly
- Do not use Fixtra to harass anyone, to enter false results, or to break the law.
- Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to overload the service.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
The service
We work to keep Fixtra available and your scores safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes. Tablets keep scoring without a connection and send the scores when it returns. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost match nights, indirect losses or anything outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will tell you before it applies; carrying on after that means you accept it.
